What does a Savannah Home Inspector check? IRIS Home Inspections will visit your property and inspect the HVAC systems, electric & plumbing systems along with the visible structural (crawl spaces) and roof areas (attic) and all major appliances. We deliver a comprehensive report on the same day, computer generated and sent by email along with digital pictures. A Home Inspection is an important educational tool when purchasing a home. Pre Listing Inspections. Why? IRIS Home Inspections also performs pre-listing inspections. This has become one of the best tools available to prepare your home for sale and eliminate or minimize any last second surprises. Nothing is worse than negotiating a deal then having the buyers do a home inspection where something turns up you and the buyer were not prepared for. Now you're having to start the process over again, or worse, losing the deal altogether. Pre-listing inspections are performed from the viewpoint of the buyer and can be a helpful tool in marketing your property. Plus it tells the seller that you went the extra mile in getting your house in top shape for the next owner.
How much does a Home Inspection cost? Our pricing is based on the size (square footage) of the heated and cooled areas of the home you are purchasing. We do not charge extra for crawl space inspections or detached garages, they are included in the price. We offer 10% discounts for active military, real estate professionals, and Gulfstream employees. Please let us know if you are either when booking your inspection.
